Non-Ship Product Setup Guide

This guide explains how to configure products that do not require shipping, such as digital goods, subscriptions, services, or signup-based products. These products are used more broadly than gift cards and require specific setup steps to ensure correct behavior in the system.

🛠 How to Configure a Non-Ship Product

Follow these steps to correctly configure a non-ship product in the inventory system:

  1. Go to All Inventory

Navigate to the All Inventory section of your system dashboard.

  1. Open the Desired Product

Locate the product you want to configure as non-ship, and click to open its details page.

  1. Find the Related Action Field

Scroll to find the field labeled Related Action (this might also be titled "Action on Signup" or similar, depending on your interface version).

  1. Enter the Non-Ship Action

In the Related Action field, enter the following value:
