User Audit
How We Performed User Audits:
In our platform, we have a robust user audit system that monitors user activity to maintain security and accountability. Let's break it down in simple terms how it works:
Types of Audits:
We categorize user activities into three main categories:
User Not Logged In Platform: For users who haven't logged in for a while, we send reminders to encourage them to log in.
User Not in Platform: When a user is registered but not using any features.
User Disabled in Platform: When User is de-activated.
What We Track:
We keep a close eye on user activity, including their email address, the platforms they're associated with, when they last logged in, and more.
User Not Logged In Platform:
For users who have been inactive for a period of time, we take proactive steps to re-engage them. Our system automatically sends reminders that encourage users to log into the platform again after 6 months of inactivity.
User Not in Platform:
In situations where users are registered but not using any Platform features, we identify them as inactive. We closely monitor these accounts, ensuring that they either become active participants or are properly managed to maintain the integrity of our user database.
User Disabled in Platform:
When a user has not logged in for a consecutive period of 12 months, we mark that user as disabled within the platform and then removed from the system.
Why It Matters:
User Audit is crucial for maintaining a safe efficient platform. It helps us: Keep track of users activity. Ensure only active members have access. Follow up with inactive users.
