This report shows how product recommendations sent via WhatsApp perform in terms of customer actions and conversions.


🧾 Columns Explained

  • Subject
    The message title or campaign name sent to customers.

  • Method Name
    The communication channel used (e.g., WhatsApp).

  • Recommendations
    Total number of product recommendations sent in that message.

  • Clicked
    Number of users who clicked on the recommendation.

  • Entered Checkout
    Number of users who proceeded to checkout after clicking.

  • Open Orders
    Orders that were created but not yet completed.

  • Closed Orders
    Successfully completed purchases (final conversions).


📈 Key Insights

  • Helps track campaign effectiveness from message → click → purchase.
  • Identifies which subjects/messages perform best.
