Connect – Order History Summary
Overview
The Order History Summary section in Connect provides a high-level overview of a reseller’s order and purchase activity.
This dashboard displays key metrics related to: - Orders - Purchases - Commissions - Historical performance trends
Header Information
The top section includes basic account details:
- State – Location of the reseller (e.g., DE)
- Company Name – Name of the reseller account
- Internal eStore No. – Unique internal store identifier
How to Use
- Navigate to Connect → Order History Summary
- Review account details (State, Company Name, Store Number)
- Analyze key metrics:
- Orders for activity tracking
- Purchases for revenue insights
- Commissions for earnings tracking
- Compare:
- Daily vs Monthly performance
- Current vs Prior Year trends
- Lifetime totals for long-term growth
