Recommendation History

Overview

The Recommendation History feature allows users to view, manage, and reuse previously created product recommendations. It helps track past recommendations and quickly resend or reuse them without recreating from scratch.

Interface Overview

  • Located at the top of the screen
  • Allows searching by:
    • Subject
    • Message
    • Description

Auto Load Behavior

  • By default, the system loads 50 recommendations
  • As you scroll down, additional 50 records are loaded automatically
  • Continues until all records are displayed

Table Columns

  • Subject
    Title of the recommendation

  • Message
    Content or message sent with the recommendation

  • Description
    Additional details (if provided)

  • Date
    Date when the recommendation was created

  • Details (Actions)
    Action icons to interact with the recommendation

Available Actions

Each recommendation includes the following action icons:

1. Detail Icon

  • Opens full details of the recommendation
  • Displays complete subject, message, and associated products

2. Resend Icon

  • Allows you to resend the same recommendation
  • Sends the recommendation across selected platforms again

3. Reuse Icon

  • Reuses the recommendation
  • Redirects to the Recommend Products screen
  • Pre-fills:
    • Products (cart)
    • Subject
    • Message
  • Allows editing and adding new products before sending

Pagination

  • Displays records in pages (e.g., 10 per page)
  • Navigation buttons:
    • Previous
    • Next

Use Cases

  • Review past recommendations
  • Resend promotions or campaigns
  • Quickly reuse previous product selections
  • Maintain consistency in messaging

Troubleshooting

Recommendation not found

  • Use search with keywords (subject/message)
  • Scroll to load more records

Resend not working

  • Check platform connectivity
  • Verify recommendation data is still valid
