Application Information Guide

Filling out the application as accurately as possible is essential to ensuring a smooth and timely approval process. Please review the following fields and provide the necessary details accordingly. screenshot

Business Information

  • Business Name (DBA):
    Doing Business As name registered with the state (if different from the Legal Business Name).

  • Legal Business Name:
    The name registered with the EIN.

  • Business Description:
    Open text field to describe the nature of the business.
    Example: Athletic Dept Fundraising.

  • Business Start Date:
    The official registration date of the business.

  • Email Address:
    Principal email address used for TPP communications.

  • Website:
    Specific website URL that shows the products or services being sold.

Order & Sales Details

  • High Order Amount:
    The largest single transaction amount.
    Formula: Highest priced item × 2.

  • High Monthly Order Amount:
    Largest total amount expected to be processed within any rolling 30-day period.

  • Average Order Amount:
    Net sales divided by the total number of products sold.

  • Monthly Order Amount:
    Daily net sales multiplied by the number of days in the month.

Business Registration

  • Business Registration Number:
    EIN/FEIN/TAX ID.

  • MCC Code:

    • 8398 = 501(c) (Non-Profit)
    • 8220 = Educational Institutions

  • Business Address:
    Must match the address registered with the state.

  • Suite:
    If applicable.
    Example: Ste 123

Banking Information

  • Account Number:
    Business bank account number.

  • Routing Number:
    Bank ACH routing number.

  • Account Type:
    Select from the dropdown options provided.

  • Percent of Business Transactions:
    100% e-commerce (all online sales).

Beneficial Owner Information

Beneficial owners are defined as individuals with ultimate control over funds in the account, whether through ownership or other means. This includes individuals with significant responsibility for managing the legal business entity.

Required Details:

  • First/Last Name:
    Roles may include:

    • Chief Executive Officer
    • Chief Financial Officer
    • Chief Operating Officer
    • Managing Member
    • General Partner
    • President
    • Vice President
    • Treasurer

  • Ownership Percentage:
    25% or more.

  • Phone:
    Direct line to the beneficial owner.

  • Residential Address:
    Street Address/Suite, City, State, Zip of the beneficial owner's home address.

Note: Click Add Principal if there is more than one beneficial owner to add.
