Introduction

The objective of this manual is to serve as a guide for setting up and managing the Vendor module of the eCommerce platform provided by eComNow.

Login

Please go to the website provided by the Admin to manage your Vendor account.

1. Enter your email address in the User field. Your email address must be entered in the following format: JohnSmith@Company.com
2. Enter your Password and Click “Login.” To change your password at any time, click the “Manage Users” button and select the “Personal Profile” tab.

Supported Mobile OS:

Android: The application is compatible with Android devices running above 4.4 and having a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768 pixels.

iOS: The application is compatible with iOS devices running version 8 and above.

BlackBerry: The application is compatible with BlackBerry devices running version 10 and above.
