Product Filtering by Store Groupings
To make a product available to specific eStores, the Administrator must assign the product to one or more groups configured under Store Groupings.
This assignment is completed within the Product Filter tab and determines which eStores (resellers) can access and sell the item.
Any product assigned to a group becomes available to all eStores associated with that group.
Controlling Product Availability
To control product availability:
- Navigate to Manage Product(s).
- Open the product you wish to edit.
- Select the Product Filter tab.
- Choose one or more Store Groups.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Important Notes
- A product must be assigned to at least one Store Group in order to be available to any eStore.
- Selecting multiple Store Groups makes the product visible to all eStores assigned to each selected group.
