What is a Merchant Account, and how do I add one?
Merchant Account is a bank account that enables processing payments via credit / debit cards. To add a Merchant Account, go to the "eStore Manager" and select the "Merchant Account" tab.
How do I set up a merchant account after adding it?
After adding a merchant, click on its name in the Manage Merchant Accounts. Enter the required "User Id" and/or "Key," and set up the state(s) for sales tax purposes.
How do I edit my eStore's Information Pages?
To edit information pages, go to "eStore Manager", select "Edit Information Pages". Select the type of page ( About Us, Contact Us), edit the content using the editor, and click "Save." For advanced formatting, use the "Source" button to toggle into HTML mode.
How can I create or manage Coupons for my eStore?
To create coupons, go to "eStore Manager," select "Custom" and then Manage Coupons. Click Add provide details like coupon name and code, select a price level, and save. To edit or delete a coupon, use the corresponding button in the Coupon Manager.
Can reseller have their own 'From: email' displayed when sending out Campaigns?

The email must not be a free account email but a domain owned by you.
