Vendor Product List

To view the list of all products in the system, follow these steps:

Steps to Access Product List:

Go to the Admin Panel – Log in to your admin account.
Find the Sidebar – On the left side of the screen, look for the navigation menu (sidebar).
Open the Report Section – In the sidebar, look for the "Report" section and click on it.
Select Vendor Product List – Under the "Report" section, find and click on "Vendor Product List".
View the Report – You will now see the report of all products, including the major information for each item.

Fields in the Product List Report:

The report will show the following details for each product:

SkuNo -Unique identifier for the product.
Short Description Description: A brief description of the product.
Product Id Unique ID assigned to the product in the system.
Child Product Id If the product has variations (e.g., different sizes or colors), this ID represents the specific variation.
Item Name The name of the product.
Brand Name The brand of the product.
COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) The cost of the product (how much it costs to make or buy the item).
Sale Price The price at which the product is being sold.
Quantity Available The amount of the product available in stock.
Infinite Quantity Indicates if the product is available in unlimited quantity.
Active Indicates whether the product is active (available for sale) or inactive.
