Introduction
Welcome to the Reports Dashboard, your centralized hub for accessing and analyzing all critical data across the platform. This interface brings together key reports from multiple functional areas—such as finance, operations, sales, and compliance—to support informed decision-making and operational oversight.
As we continue to streamline and transition existing reports from the legacy Admin Portal, some reports may still be accessed from multiple locations. Over time, all reporting tools will be consolidated into this unified experience.
Report Types
Reports are organized into three main categories for easier navigation and clarity of purpose:
1. Metrics
High-level KPIs and summary reports that provide visibility into platform-wide trends, including sales performance, vendor activity, and financial indicators. Ideal for executive reporting and strategic planning.
2. Reports
Detailed operational reports covering areas like order transactions, payment processing, inventory management, commissions, taxes, shipping, and more. These are typically used by accounting, finance, support, and logistics teams for day-to-day analysis and reconciliation.
3. Immediate Action Required
Exception-based or alert-driven reports that highlight issues requiring urgent review or intervention—such as failed payments, unmatched inventory, delayed orders, or permission inconsistencies. Designed to help users quickly identify and resolve blockers that may impact business operations.
Access & Permissions
Access to specific reports is role-based. If you are unable to view a report that is relevant to your responsibilities, please contact your system administrator or manager to request access.
