Welcome to the Vendor Fulfillment APIs guide for the eComNow eCommerce platform. This manual aims to provide step-by-step instructions for setting up and managing the Vendor Fulfillment APIs.

With our APIs, you can streamline your order fulfillment process by integrating with your existing systems and automating various aspects of the order fulfillment process.

Let's get started with setting up and managing the Vendor Fulfillment APIs!

Login

To access and execute the order fulfillment APIs, a valid username and password is required. To obtain your unique login credentials, please send an email to support@ecomnow.com.

Our customer support team will assist you with the necessary information to access the API. Once you have obtained your login credentials, you will be able to use our order fulfillment APIs to manage and fulfill your orders.

Special Notes

Cancellation Notification

No Cancellation API or notification exist other than action or lack of action

  1. Vendor Admin Portal - supplying 0 quantity of the order, cancels and closes order
  2. Ship Notification API - send 0 quantity of item will treat as cancel
  3. Ship Notification API - partial quantity will not mark as cancelled
  4. One item can only contain one tracking number and therefore if you need to ship partial you must close with the partial notify the client to submit the other order since it requires credit card again or get the client credit card for them and create the other order for them
  5. Order closes on its on for the 6th day if only partially shipped
  6. You are not able to send partial ship notification
  7. One shipment notification is accepted for an order
