Import Dashboard

The Import Dashboard allows you to monitor inventory upload jobs and check the status of inventory and image imports. It also provides options to review import results and export the batch job data.

Import Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you can see a summary of all import jobs:

  • Total Jobs – Total number of import jobs.
  • Completed – Number of successfully completed jobs.
  • In Progress – Number of jobs currently being processed.
  • Failed – Number of jobs that failed during the import process.

Batch Jobs

The Batch Jobs table shows the details of each inventory upload.

The table includes:

  • Vendor # – Vendor associated with the import.
  • Created By – User who created the upload.
  • Submitted At – Date and time the import was submitted.

Inventory Details

The inventory section shows:

  • Completed – Number of inventory records successfully processed.
  • Failed – Number of inventory records that failed.
  • Status – Current status of the inventory import.

Image Details

The image section shows:

  • Total – Total number of images included in the job.
  • Completed – Number of images successfully processed.
  • Failed – Number of images that failed.
  • Status – Current image processing status.

Job Status

An import job can have different statuses:

  • Completed – The import finished successfully.
  • In Progress – The import is still being processed.
  • Failed – The import encountered an error.

Search and Export

Use the Search table field to find a specific import job.

The dashboard also allows you to export the batch job data in different formats:

  • CSV
  • Excel
  • PDF
  • Print

You can also choose how many rows to display in the table.
