Related Products

The Related Products feature allows you to connect products that are commonly purchased together. These relationships can be used to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities on the storefront.

The Related Products List displays all configured product relationships.

The table includes:

  • Vendor # – Vendor associated with the relationship.
  • Item SKU – Main product SKU.
  • Related SKU – SKU of the related product.
  • Action – Available actions for the relationship.

You can also:

  • Filter products by vendor.
  • Search the related products list.
  • Change the number of rows displayed.
  • Export the list as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
  • Print the list.

To manually create a relationship:

  1. Click Add New Item.
  2. Select the vendor.
  3. Enter or select the Item SKU (main product).
  4. Enter or select the Related SKU.
  5. Save the relationship.

The related SKU will then be associated with the main product.

Bulk Upload

For managing a large number of related products, use the Upload CSV option.

  1. Open Related Products.
  2. Click Upload CSV.
  3. Prepare the CSV file with the required SKU information.
  4. Upload the file.
  5. The system will process the file and create the related product relationships.

CSV Format

The file should contain the main product SKU and its related SKU.
