Products

The Products page is used to manage all vendor product listings in VendorHub. From this page, you can view products, filter the product list, search for specific products, and open a product to view or edit its details.

Product Overview

At the top of the page, VendorHub displays a quick summary of the product catalog:

  • Total Products – Total number of products available.
  • Active Listings – Number of products currently active.
  • Pending Review – Number of products waiting for review.
  • Out of Stock – Number of products currently out of stock.

You can also click Add Product to create a new product.

Filter Products

The filter section helps you narrow down the product list.

Vendor

Select a vendor to view products belonging to that vendor.

Status

Filter products based on their current status.

Image

Filter products based on image availability.

Clear Filter

Click Clear Filter to remove the selected filters.

Search Products

The search section allows you to find a specific product.

  1. Select a field from Search By.
  2. Enter the required information in Search Value.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Click Reset to clear the search.

Product List

The All Products table displays the available products.

The table includes:

  • Product – Product name and brand.
  • SKU – Product SKU.
  • Vendor SKU # – SKU provided by the vendor.
  • Variants – Shows whether the product has a single or multiple variants.
  • Price – Current product price.
  • Stock – Available inventory.
  • Margin % – Product margin.
  • Status – Current product status.

Each product also has a selection checkbox and an action menu.

Open Product Details

To view or edit a product:

  1. Find the product in the All Products list.
  2. Click the product/SKU or available product action.
  3. The Edit Product page will open.

The product details page is divided into several sections:

  • Basic Information
  • Extended Information
  • Shipping
  • Options
  • Prices
  • Images

Basic Information

The Basic Information section contains the main product details.

Depending on the product, this section may include:

  • Item Name
  • Brand Name
  • SKU #
  • SKU Method
  • Resale
  • Status
  • Display Priority
  • Product Type
  • Related Action
  • Store Assigned
  • Category Text
  • Model Name
  • Vendor EDISKU
  • Widget Name
  • Callout Image
  • Quantity
  • Input Text
  • Featured Product
  • Extra Info

Short Description

The Short Description field contains a brief description of the product.

Tags

The Tags field can be used to add relevant product tags.

Other Product Sections

Extended Information

Contains additional product information that is not part of the basic product setup.

Shipping

Contains shipping-related information and settings for the product.

Options

Used to manage product options and configurable product settings.

Prices

Contains product pricing information.

Images

Used to manage the images associated with the product.

Saving Changes

After making changes to the product information, use the available Save button to save the updates.

If you do not want to continue editing, use Back to return to the Products list.

Typical Product Workflow

A typical workflow is:

  1. Open Products from the Inventory menu.
  2. Select a vendor or apply filters.
  3. Search for the required product if needed.
  4. Review the product information in the table.
  5. Open the product to view or edit its details.
  6. Update the required information.
  7. Save the changes.
